Hi, Iām Carly
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. These challenges can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. But you donāt have to go through it alone. I bring not only my professional expertise but also my own personal experience of healing. I know firsthand how intimidating and overwhelming the journey can be. Thatās why Iām committed to walking alongside you as a compassionate guide offering tools, empathy, and a safe space for you to explore your past, present, and the future you want to create.
If youāre ready to take the next step, Iād be honored to support you on this path.
My approach
If youāre reading this, you're already taking an important step toward healing, whether you're starting your journey or continuing one that feels complex and sometimes overwhelming. It can be difficult to navigate the world of therapy wondering what to expect, how to find someone who truly "gets" you, or if you're making the right choice. I want you to know that in my space, you can come exactly as you are. No pretenses. No expectations. Whether you need to unwind in a cozy chair, kick off your shoes, grab the latest fidget toy of my collection, or snuggle up in a weighted blanket, this is a space designed for your comfort and healing.
My approach to therapy is holisticāmind, body, and spirit. I blend somatic/body-based practices with expressive arts to help you connect with both your inner and outer experiences. Therapy doesnāt always have to look like traditional talk therapy. Sometimes words donāt fully capture whatās going on beneath the surface. That's where creativity and body awareness come in. You donāt need to be an artist to explore expressively, just bring your openness and curiosity. Together, weāll discover new ways for you to communicate what you may not have the words for yet.
